Welcome to The Learning & Career Hub

Please note: Due to the current status of Coronavirus (COVID – 19) and UNSW recommendations, we have temporarily suspended all in-person workshops, and the physical location of the Learning and Career Hub will close as of Wednesday March 18th until further notice.  

All one on one consultations will still go ahead as scheduled and will occur online via Microsoft Teams. New consultations can still be scheduled and will be conducted online. (Please monitor your e-mail for instructions on how to join your consultation online).   
 
All communication is being conducted using sacs@unsw.edu.au.    
 
If you already have a scheduled consultation, it will still go ahead, and you will receive a separate e-mail on the day of your consultation from your facilitator on how to access your consultation online via Microsoft Teams. 

For any new consultations, you can still schedule these like you normally would via www.careers.unsw.edu.au then click on careers online. Once you have booked your consultation, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your how to access your consultation online via Microsoft Teams. 

 

The Learning & Career Hub offers academic and career development skills support to all students enrolled at UNSW.

On this site you will find information about The Learning & Career Hub and our core services. These include individual consultations, academic skills workshops, Conversation Café groups, online academic skills resources and Academic Skills Plus, a General Education course that helps students develop their academic skills and gain academic credit.

We have services designed specifically for undergraduate students, postgraduate research students and postgraduate coursework students. We also run enabling programs, the University Preparation Program (UPP), a mature age access program, and the UNSW Prep Program (17-19) for younger students.

UNSW staff who would like to know how The Learning & Career Hub can assist their students to develop their academic skills can find examples of how our staff work collaboratively with colleagues in Schools and Faculties.  You can also find out about Learning & Career Hub staff.
