UPP enrolment rules and admission to university information
Depending on the stream they are unkertaking, students enrolled in the UPP study other courses in addition to the UOSS 1 and UOSS 2 courses. Inquiries about electives should be directed to either the tutor or lecturer of the course, or the appropriate school or faculty office.
In your first group tutorial, your tutor will provide contact information. Make sure you make a note of when and where you can contact them if you need to. Tutor contact information can also be found on the UOSS Blackboard site.
Course Reading Kits are available for sale at the start of each Semester from the University Bookshop, Quadrangle Building, Ph. 9385 6622 (while stocks last). You must have these readings in order to complete course assignments. Please purchase early or pre-order, as this will avoid disappointment and the delay of re-ordering. These publications are updated each semester.
You will also require the University Orientation & Study Skills Class Notes. These can be downloaded from the UOSS Blackboard site.
In line with UNSW Policy, students MUST attend 80% of classes. Unless specific and formal permission has been granted by the UOSS Coordinator, failure to attend 80% of classes may result in failure.
