Consultation Booking

UNSW students enrolled in an award program can make an appointment at The Learning Centre to receive individual assistance with any study-related concern. For help with academic writing on an individual basis, or assistance with any study-related concern, students can make an appointment with a Writing Assistant.

Individual Consultations during Session break/ Summer session

To make an appointment

1. Log into the Consultation Booking System. To log in, you will need:
   • UNSW Login ID (lowercase 'z' followed by your student number (e.g. z1234567))
   • Your zPass (if you don’t have a zPass, visit IT services)
2. To log in you will need to confirm your email address
3. Decide on the day and timeslot of your choice
4. To make a booking, click on the appropriate schedule box in the timetable.
5. Once you have done so, the schedule box colour will change.

You can see your appointment listed on the booking summary at the bottom of the page..

To Logout, select the LOGOUT command in the top right corner

If you need to cancel or change an appointment

You can cancel up to midnight on the day before your appointment.

1. Log back into the Consultation Booking System and confirm your student information.
2. Find the appointment you want to change/cancel and click on the appropriate schedule box in the timetable. This will cancel your appointment.
3. Log out
