Learning Centre Policy on Missed Appointments
There is a high demand for consultations so we request that students unable
to keep their appointments cancel in advance. This enables us to offer the
appointment to other students and ensure fair access for
all to a limited resource.
Therefore, in accordance with Learning Centre policy, appointments not
cancelled the day before are counted as missed appointments. Missing your
appointment means a limitation on any further
bookings for a three week period.
