In addition to producing academic skills materials and publications for The Learning Centre, Tracey's work focuses on developing resources, student publications, social media, websites and online content for The Learning Centre and Learning Centre programs.

Tracey has also participated in The Learning Centre's Peer Writing Assistant program, developed and facilitated workshops, and has taught on Learning Centre Faculty of Engineering Programs and the Academic English and Communication Skills component of the Introductory Academic Program. Tracey teaches on, and develops materials for, the University Orientation and Study Skills courses (core components of the University Preparation Program, a program for mature age students wanting to gain university entry). She also teaches on Academic Skills Plus courses (general education courses for undergraduate students), and has worked on the U@UNSW program.

Tracey completed a BA at UNSW and graduated with Honours (Class 1). She is currently undertaking a PhD with the school of Humanitites and Languages at UNSW.
